Tracy Smith - Presidents Report
1. At the Annual Meeting Tracy took the chainsaw safety course.
2. We will schedule a meeting with Fred Herbst to get the word out to the public about our corridor trails and extension trails.
3. We need to schedule a meeting with Beth Hill to renew our agreement with the fort.

Committees
1. Trail Committee - we need to work on the corridor trail to Schroon Lake. We will look into purchasing a new groomer. We also need to schedule bridge work.
2. Event Committee - nothing to report.
3. Building & Grounds Committee - we will be purchasing a new hot air furnace.

* Motion to sent Steve Thorpe a free membership for the 2010 - 2011 season for his work on our website by Mike Vigliotti. Seconded by Steve teRiele. All in favor. Motion Carried.
